Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We want you to love your Airr Perfume experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
3. Replacements If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you simply need an exchange:
- Timeline: We will dispatch your replacement order promptly. You can expect your replacement to be delivered within 3-5 business days.
